Observing the nature cures – with the periodical rhythm nature
gives relief that the essence of life is to change constantly, and to recognize these rhythms is essential to be in harmony with everyone and all around us. Therefore, by crafting, creating and collecting with intention, these observations create pattern. Pattern of connecting with the otherness, and developing compassion for all beings. Exhibition in the house, where I lived that time, is a pattern of my findings, a pattern of noticing and of taking care. Things in the spaces follow the moving of the sunlight during the day, and to experience it, slow changes of the day, the room must be lived in.
A short film is accompanying Celebrating twilight. Video-tour in the exhibition is a homage to the surrounding nature as a co-author in my practice. It is a conversation between me and the sun, wind and a flower – both sources and authors of the works.
